RETURN POLICY

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS APPLY.

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order must contain all original parts, components, and packaging exactly as received.

  2. The product must show normal handling only; damage caused by careless use will not be accepted.

  3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

  4. Any defect must be reported immediately upon receipt of the product.

  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  • Send an email to: info@millerbloom.com

  • Make sure your email includes:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return request

    • Photo of the product (in case of damage)

    • Customer’s full name

    • Customer’s address

We will then provide you with the correct return address.
Do not send the return to the sender address. The correct return address will be provided after you contact us.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


Right of Withdrawal (Canada & United States)

This policy applies primarily to customers located in Canada and the United States.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has received the goods.

Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once it has begun. Cancellation is not possible once the order has been shipped.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Miller & Bloom by email with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal is completed once we have received the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Orders in Transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are outside of our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them.

To ensure the fastest possible refund, we kindly ask you to send us proof of shipment.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (and any additional costs resulting from choosing a shipping method other than our standard shipping option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive both:

  • Your notice of withdrawal

  • The returned goods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.


ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
